M.Sc. in Statistics / Demography with 2 yrs experience from recognized university or Master in Public Health from recognized university or 2 nd Class M.Sc. + Ph.D. from recognized university. Ph.D in Statistics. Knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools / data management
