Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) invited applications only through online mode upto 28.05.2012 for admission to the tnpsc group 4 exam 2012 for direct recruitment against the 10718 vacancies for the years 2007-08 to 2012-13 in the following posts included in Group-IV Services.

  1. Junior Assistant (Non - Security) : 4402 + (463)* Vacancies

  2. Junior Assistant (Security) : 292 Vacancies

  3. Bill Collector, Grade-I : 31 vacancies

  4. Typist : 3321 + (353)* Vacancies

  5. Steno-Typist, Grade – III : 888 + (240)* Vacancies

  6. Field Surveyor : 326 Vacancies

  7. Draftsman : 402 Vacancies

Note: *Carry Forward Vacancies (Backlog Vacancies)

Pay scale for Steno-Typist, Grade – III post is : Rs.5200 – 20200 + Rs.2800/- Grade and for all other posts Rs.5200 – 20200 + Rs.2400/- Grade.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of marks in the tnpsc group 4 exam 2012

Fee details: Examination Fee : Rs.75/- & Application Fee : Rs.50/-
